Police say a man who lead them on a high speed chase in Henry County is under arrest. 31 year old Christopher Godsey was driving a van when police tried to pull him over. Instead, Godsey took off with police in pursuit for forty minutes before he ran over stop sticks and Godsey ended up on Ind. 103 near Henry County Road 300-S. He was charged with reckless driving and resisting law enforcement. He also got a contempt of court charge filed against him after he swore at a judge. The judge set an initial hearing on Tuesday’s charges for Nov. 28 of next year.
