Ghost hunters say they recorded some odd sounds inside the library in downtown Muncie. They rolled on sounds during a late night investigation and picked up what they describe as a child speaking or laughing. They say they also spotted a mysterious moving object while rolling video. The paranormal investigators say during numerous similar investigations in the past ten years, they’ve picked up evidence of such activity only a handful of times.
