A Muncie man who was found passed out inside his garage with a gun in his pocket is facing charges. Police got to a home on the 3700 block of North Oakwood Avenue Saturday night and found 27 year old Jason Harris. They also found another family member with a cut over his left eye, reportedly given to him by Harris. The victim, who is related to Harris, didn’t want to press charges. Harris remained unresponsive and was placed on a stretcher. As he was being loaded into an ambulance, he began swearing and threatening to kill emergency responders and police. He’s behind bars in lieu of $10,000 bail.
