His trial has been re-scheduled. 36-year-old Aaron New is accused of sexually abusing two children at his mother’s daycare facility. The New Castle man was to answer to those charges on December 13th, but after New announced that he plans to hire a new defense attorney, the legal proceedings will now take place on January 30th.
