An Anderson Community Schools bus driver claims in a federal lawsuit that the district discriminated against him when administrators didn’t approve his bid to become a fleet bus operator. The Herald Bulletin reports that Charles F. Jones is seeking $100,000 in damages, restoration of his original bus route at his original pay and to be awarded the next available fleet operator contract.
