A plea agreement for a Muncie woman accused of engaging in sex acts with an an underage girl. 23 year old Melissa Joy Wehlage of the 800 block of West Wayne Street is accused of child molestation dating back to 2011. Police say Wehlage was giving her victim alcohol as well. No terms of the deal have been announced but Wehlage will be sentenced in Delaware Circuit Court 3 on November 28th.
