We now know the names of two New Castle men shot early Sunday. They’ve been identified as 23-year-olds Chancellor Smith and Jessie Fulton. They were found gunned down at 6251 S. Henry County Road 325-W about 3:30 a.m. Smith died from his injuries. Another New Castle man, Tyler Jesse Pennington, 27, also suffered gunshot wounds at the rural address. Three Henry County men face preliminary murder and robbery charges stemming from Smith’s slaying.
