Muncie officials aren’t talking about the price tag for lawyers working on a federal court lawsuit and advising Mayor Dennis Tyler in an ongoing FBI probe. They’re citing attorney-client privilege for the lack of disclosure, reports the Star Press. The lawsuit alleges the city shut out one firm for demolition work in favor of another in a contract that was worht hundreds of thousands of dollars.
