All residents of Muncie using city water are advised that Indiana American Water has issued a boil alert in effect until 10:00pm, today’s date. It is okay for bathing, but water for cooking and drinking should be boiled for at least three minutes. MCS will have bottled water at the schools. Custodians have been instructed to tape off all water fountains.
