A man who showed up at a Wendy’s in Muncie and was trying to fight other patrons, had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit. 39 year old Rod Showalter is accused of causing a scene at the restaurant at 2501 Madison Street at about 8:20 Sunday night. Showalter, of the 300 block of North Hartford Street, reportedly had a plastic bag containing marijuana and three white tablets on him. Also, a gun thrown behind the counter of the restaurant was reportedly his as well. His blood alcohol level was a .25.
