Sexual battery counts face a Muncie man charged after he allegedly fondled a 17-year-old visitor to his home. 36 year old Stephen Montgomery of the 2500 block of North Elgin Street is accused of rubbing the face and playing with the hair of the teen, who was spending the night with Montgomery’s girlfriend. Police say Montgomery told the teen, when she woke, not to talk so loud when she asked what he was doing. Reportedly, Montgomery’s girlfriend also woke up and saw him on the floor with the teen.
