A Muncie man is charged with attacking his girlfriend and also of jumping on her car and shattering the windshield. 23 year old Cory Walburn of the 16-hundred block of East Second Street was arrested after the incident and charged with domestic battery and criminal mischief. The Star Press reports police say the victim told them she tried to leave their home with her two children after Walburn came charging at her to hug her, which makes her uncomortable. She says she and her kids were inside the car, when Walburn jumped on top of it.
