Randolph County sheriffs deputies have arrested an area funeral director, charging him with fondling a woman. The Star Press reports 42 year old Thomas Oswalt was arrested after a 22 year old woman, who was making arrangements after the death of her mother, said Oswalt touched her twice in an inappopriate manner. The alleged incident happened at Oswalt Funeral Home on the 12-hundred block of East Randolph County Road 100-S. Oswalt is charged with sexual battery and is free on bail.
