Florence Henderson passed away last night at a Los Angeles hospital, due to heart failure. You may remember her best in her role as the iconic matriarch, Carol Brady on “The Brady Bunch.” She also happens to be a native Hoosier. Henderson was born in the small town of Dale in southern Indiana. She also sang before the start of the Indy 500 18 times. This past May, Henderson served as the Grand Marshall of the 100th Running of the Indy 500. Florence Henderson was 82.
