For Commissioner Middle District: Kim Cronk, the Republican incumbent, faces Independent candidate David Herring. Commissioner Southern District: Republican incumbent Ed Yanos faces Susan Huhn, an Independent candidate, and for Henry County Council: Three incumbents and one new candidate are running for three open positions. Current council members Harold Griffin, Clay Morgan and Michael Thalls, all Republicans, are up against newcomer Jesse Riddle, a Libertarian.
