An investigation has been launched by the Howard County Sheriff’s Department after an explicit video allegedly surfaced at Northwestern High School. The Sheriff there says it appears that juveniles may have been engaging in some kind of conduct, and there was some kind of recording made. Due to the ages of those involved, many details will stay private at this point in the investigation.
