In Delaware County: Two incumbents and four newcomers running for three seats on the Muncie School Board: current members Debbie Feick and Bev Kelley are facing Jason Donati, Stephen Edwards, William Walker and Franklin Weyl. Delaware County voters will decide who will lead the county for the next four years.
Two of three Delaware County commissioner positions are up for grabs, as are three at-large seats on Delaware County Council.
For Delaware County Commissioner District 1: Incumbent James King is facing a challenge from Democrat Duke Campbell. In District 2: Incumbent Sherry Riggin is challenged by Democrat Annette Craycraft. In the Delaware County Council: Six candidates are up for three at-large seats. Incumbent Scott Alexander is joined by fellow Republicans Dick McIntire and Jessica Piper on the ballot. Larry Bledsoe Jr., Larry Brandon and Anitra Davis are the three Democrats seeking council seats.
Delaware County Surveyor: Democrat Phil Taylor is challenged by Republican Tom Borchers.
Also on the ballot: Delaware County Treasurer Gary Campbell, a Democrat, is seeking his first full term in office after being nominated to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of John Dorer. His Republican opponent is Ed Carroll.
