The start of The Salvation Army’s annual Red Kettle Campaign will be celebrated at Muncie Mall on November 19th. Beginning at 1pm, Mayor Dennis Tyler will offer remarks and officially kick things off. This year, The Salvation Army is seeking to raise $130,000.00 before Christmas day.
