Executives of the insurance giant Anthem, based in Indianapolis, say “financial performance” has been disappointing–and with that, they may pull out of Obamacare. A transcript of today’s earnings call shows CEO Joseph Swedish telling investors “the pricing and regulatory environment” must improve to create a “sustainable and affordable marketplace.”
