Police say a man from Indianapolis with a history of what they call flashing incidents dating back decades, has done so in Muncie. 84 year old Edward Uhles is charged with exposing himself in the Target on Barr Street to two young women in the shoe and sleepwear sections back in July. He was charged recently with public indeceny, in part, because they didn’t have Uhles’ name until he allegedly returned to the store last month. When Uhles took off in his car, an off duty officer got his license plate number.
