She thought she was overdosing on heroin: The 22-year-old Muncie woman panicked and called 911. When police arrived at the scene in the 800 block of South Hackley Street, they found Jamie L. Phillips with blood running down both of her arms and on her shirt. It turns out the heroin she thought she was injecting was actually cocaine. She was arrested for possession.
