A Hartford City man has been charged with attempting to attack a police officer. 29-year-old Marvin J. Horsley has been charged in Blackford Superior Court with attempted battery against a public safety official, after he would not comply “with the verbal commands.” and took a swing at the cop. Police say alcohol may have been a factor.
