Police say there was blood everywhere and now a Muncie woman is charged with beating her 75-year-old mother: 44-year-old Sabrina Ann Howard, of the 1400 block of South Burlington Drive, has been arrested and charged with aggravated battery and two counts of neglect of a dependent. The Muncie woman was being held in the Delaware County jail under a $30,000 bond.
