The Anderson Redevelopment Commission has unanimously approved the sale of a portion of the Edgewood Plaza property to an Ohio development firm for a residential housing unit. The ARC approved the sale of 4 1/2 acres along West 16th Street for $25,000 to the NRP Group to construct a 77-unit housing project.
