There’s a new superintendent for Jay County Schools. The board has hired Jeremy Gulley for the position. Gulley has worked for the district for 20 years. The district is holding an open house and public reception for Gulley at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 2 at the John Jay Learning Center in Portland.
