He’s accused of robbery and abduction. 26-year-old Rondell L. Wolfe II and two 17-year-old accomplices are accused of kidnapping a north east side Muncie resident. Fortunately, Daleville police pulled over a car carrying the trio and their victim. Wolfe is charged with armed robbery, criminal confinement and intimidation with a deadly weapon.
