The woman accused of kidnapping and killing her two children has been formally charged with two counts of murder. Investigators say 29-year-old Amber Pasztor admitted to smothering Lilliana Hernandez and Rene Pasztor with her bare hands until they died. Pasztor is in the Elkhart County Jail and is scheduled to make her first court appearance this morning.
