A Wayne County man has been arrested in connection with a drunk-driving crash that killed a New Castle woman. 24-year-old Dusty Dunaway is charged with causing death when operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. The crash happened when Dunaway failed to make a turn; the vehicle rolled four times and ended up in a field. The passenger, 24-year-old Megan Hughes, was thrown from the vehicle, and she later died from her injuries.
