Lt. Governor Eric Holcomb and Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler will join regional leaders at 11:30 this morning at the Liberty Pass Canal, a feature of the White River Canal District, to highlight east central Indiana’s continued regional economic development planning and quality of place initiatives.
