A Muncie man has been identified as the man killed when the bicycle he was on was hit from behind by a car on Jackston Street. A witness told the Star Press that a driver, identified as 81 year old Jimmy Faulkner, had come up quickly on the bike and hit it, sending the rider up and over his windshield. The driver said he felt very sorry for what had happened and should have seen 68 year old Timothy Kelley of Woodbridge Drive, but instead, was focused on an oncoming vehicle.
