One man has died and two others are in critical condition after vehicle struck the IndyGo bus stop shelter they were sitting in early Sunday morning. It happened near the intersection of 29th St. and Martin Luther King Blvd. around 3:25 a.m. The driver told police he swerved to miss another car that ran the stoplight and crashed into the bus stop.
