The Madison County Sheriff’s Department has arrested a man in connection with a body found in a wooded area Sunday afternoon. James “Brady” Helms, has been taken into custody and is being held on a $5,000 bond. The victim has been identified as 35-year-old Billy Emberton. Investigators say they believe Emberton died at a home on Church Street in Summitville. They say Helms removed Emberton’s body from the home and transported it to a wooded area in the northeastern part of the county.
