He’s accused of spitting at a cop. 29-year-old Joshua Lee Nolley was arrested at Madison and Gilbert streets on a charge of drunken driving. He also faces charges of battery by bodily waste and resisting law enforcement. Police say he was taken to the hospital for a blood draw and jail clearance. That’s when Nolley allegedly said he would “head butt anyone who tries to take his blood.” It took five officers to hold him down.
