Wheel Tax Could Be Coming For Fishers

If you live in Fishers, you could soon be paying for more than just insurance, gas and upkeep on your car. Mayor Scott Fadness is proposing a “wheel tax” to help fund future road maintenance projects in the city, collecting $25 per registered vehicle. He hopes to take the idea to the city council as soon as next week.
