Unbelted driver caught in woods after belting officer and fleeing

A Delaware County sheriff’s deputy went up to motorist, 36 year old Warren Don Burress for not wearing his seat belt. That ended up with the driver facing multiple charges. Turns out Burress was wanted on a suspended license and parole violations. Also, Burress reportedly struggled with the deputy, who suffered wrist and knee injuries. Burress took off but was captured in a nearby residence about ten minutes later.
