A Muncie woman’s trial in connection with the death of her infant son has been postponed. 21 year old Sheryl Wallace is accused, along with her former husband, of failing to seek medical attention for their 5-month-old son, Jensen, after he suffered severe head injuries on Feb. 10, 2015.The father, 24 year old Cory Michael Wallace allegedly told police he dropped his son onto a floor in the family’s Meeker Avenue home. Police say then Wallace allegedly set fires in his son’s bedroom in a bid to hide the cause of death.
