Indiana’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate fell slightly to 4.5 percent in August, a one-tenth of a percentage point drop from July and from the same month a year ago. The Indiana Department of Workforce Development said Tuesday that the state set all-time highs last month in total labor force at 3.38 million people and total number of employed workers at 3.23 million.
