Nine years for woman in connection with mother’s death

An Anderson woman has been sentenced to nine years in prison in her mother’s neglect-related death. The Herald-Bulletin reports that 69-year-old Katherine Harvey received the maximum sentence Monday as part of plea agreement in the neglect of a dependent case. Harvey was arrested in March after medics found 94-year-old Delores Crowley with multiple bed sores and covered in human and cat feces.
