She’s accused of stabbing the new girlfriend of her ex-boyfriend. 29-year-old Kathy Richards of the 1000 block of South 25th in New Castle is charged with aggravated battery. Police say she and her three sons dragged the victim from her car at a Grand Avenue convenience store and then stabbed the victim. Richards is due in court December 19th.
