A woman stands accused with stabbing her ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend. Police say 29 year old Kathy Richards of the 1000 block of South 25th in New Castle is charged with aggravated battery. Police say she and her three sons, ages 10 to 13, dragged the victim from her vehicle outside Village Pantry on Grand Avenue Tuesday afternoon, at which point the victim was stabbed. The victim suffered a deep cut to the right bicep and more minor injuries. Richards is due in court December 19th on the charges.
