Deer poaching charges face a Muncie man. Police say they got a report of shots fired on the 6400 block of East Delaware County Road 500-S, where they found evidence of poaching. They turned over that information to conservation officers who developed as a suspect, 41 year old William McKinney. Authorities say he admitted killing two whitetail deer and also driving through a bean field and damaging the crop. He’s also charged with criminal trespass and obstruction of justice.
