An OWI arrest involving a Muncie police officer on the wrong side of the badge: Police say 29 year old Chase Hunter was off duty when he was arrested. Police had been called to check on the welfare of a driver near Main Street and Ohio Avenue. He’s off the job as the investigation continues and was released on his own recognizance.
