Muncie Community Schools’ Director of Human Resources Kathy Ray plans to retire at the end of the month. She’s been with the district for 34 years, starting as a teacher at Longfellow Elementary for 15 of those years. She was also the director of elementary education before moving into HR. The school board today is expected to approve her stepping down.
