A man who police say sent inapproriate, sexually charged Facebook messages to a teenager is under arrest. 31 year old Michael Lee Bales of the 300 block of North Elm Street is behind bars in lieu of $5000 bail. Police say he first approached a 15 year old boy at a mutual friend’s house and then sent the Facebook message later. Bales reportedly told police he knew his interaction with the boy was probably wrong but he never asked to have sex.
