A gunshot fired near the Ball State campus Sunday has lead to the arrest of a Kentucky man. Police say the report came in at about 2:30am on the 100 block of West Ashland area. A car seen driving away from the scene was pulled over. 24 year old Deon Young was charged with intimidation with a deadly weapon and criminal recklessness. Three other people in the car weren’t arrested. Two Muncie men who waved down police say they were talking to two women in that car when Young pulled out a gun, fired a shot into the air and pointed the gun at one of the men.
