A Kokomo businessman is breathing a sigh of relief after a Howard County jury found him not guilty of 14 felony counts of promoting prostitution and 2 counts of corrupt business influence. The former owner of two adult entertainment clubs, Daniel Dumoulin, was cleared three years after prosecutors filed charges against him. The case stemmed from a 2013 Kokomo Police investigation of the strip clubs.
