He’s blaming it on the sun. A 58-year-old Muncie man has been cited after he ran into a day-care bus on East Jackson Street near Bunch Boulevard on Tuesday morning. He was eastbound after cresting the bridge carrying Jackson over White River when he ran into the westbound bus. No one was injured in the minor collision.
