Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler’s “Five Minutes with the Mayor” has been rescheduled from Tuesday, September 13th to Wednesday, the 14 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The program is an opportunity for Muncie residents to express their concerns directly to the mayor.
