It may not cost a dollar, but A Dollar General outside Muncie that’s close to an elementary school has the go ahead to sell beer and wine. The store is near Royerton Elementary but the county’s Alcohol Beverage Commission feels the store is sufficiently removed from the school for alcohol to be sold there. It’s at 1616 East Royerton Road and opened in mid July.
