A deadly shooting Wednesday morning in Muncie. The Star Press reports it happened at about 8 am on the 1500 block of East Washington Street. A man was found dead in front of an apartment house. He had been shot. Police say there had been a report of shots fired around 3am but nothing had been found in that vicinity. The case is being treated as a homicide.
